You are also invited to set up an account with to make your purchasing experience quick and easy. All initial orders must be paid by credit card or check prior to shipping. After you set up an account, subsequent orders can be submitted with your company’s authorized purchase order number provided you have submitted a credit application. Please fill out the credit application and email to at . Terms of payment when ordering with purchase orders are NET 30 days after shipment, once credit is established.

Prices quoted on are subject to change without notice. All orders received will be honored based on website pricing at time of order. Accounts turned over for collection will be liable for additional penalties and expenses incurred for collection. Exceptions to these terms and cancellation after acceptance can only be made by mutual consent in writing. The above is exclusive of all state and federal taxes, FOB point of origin unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Information

Currently all items offered on are available for shipments to the lower 48 United States Only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and for any International shipments will be handled offline. Please call at 1-877-980-4665 or email: for orders or further information and accurate quotes.

Currently all items offered on will be shipped freight prepaid with the exception of Jib Cranes, Gantry Cranes and End-Trucks, based on normal best-way delivery service to the lower 48 United States.

Jib Cranes, Gantry Cranes and End-Trucks will ship freight collect due to their weight and dimensions. Carrier Information is requested during the order process.

All freight is shipped FOB Source, meaning that ownership of the product passes to the purchaser once the product leaves the loading dock or shipping point. Any claims for lost or damaged product must be made by the purchaser to the carrier. will assist in this process any way possible.

Warranty Information

All products sold by are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship from date of shipment for one (1) year.

Products must me used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and must not have been subject to abuse, lack of maintenance, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs or alterations. Should any defect in material or workmanship occur during the warranty period in any product, as determined by’s or the manufacturer’s inspection of the product, the product will be either replaced (not including installation) or repaired free of charge. Shipment of products to and from or the manufacturer must be sent freight pre-paid. See Return Policy for instructions on shipping returned items to, and the equipment manufacturers, disclaim any and all other warranties of any kind expressed or implied as to the product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular application. and the manufacturers will not be liable for death, injury to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages, loss or expense arising in connection with the user or inability whatsoever, regardless of whether damage, loss or expense results from any act or failure to act by or the manufacturers, whether negligent or willful, or from any other reason.


Electric Chain Hoists and Hand Chain Hoists can be returned for a refund, less 25% re-stocking charge or exchange within 30 days of shipment. Crane products such as Jib Cranes and Gantry Cranes are not returnable items as they are manufactured per order.

Returns will be accepted provided:

The purchaser obtains a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from prior to returning any products. Contact’s customer service department for an RGA number or fill out the RGA form and return by fax or mail. The RGA number must be placed on the packing slip for returned items.

Returned items must be Un-damaged and packed in original shipping containers. Shipments will be inspected at to confirm their good condition. Damaged product, or product showing signs of use or wear will be repaired, and costs for repair will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Credit for returned products will be issued after receipt of returned items at facility, and inspection of item to confirm good condition.
