Electric Chain Hoists and Hand Chain Hoists can be returned for a refund, less 25% re-stocking charge or exchange within 30 days of shipment. Crane products such as Jib Cranes and Gantry Cranes are not returnable items as they are manufactured per order.
Returns will be accepted provided:
The purchaser obtains a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Loadhook.com prior to returning any products. Contact Loadhook.com’s customer service department for an RGA number or fill out the RGA form and return by fax or mail. The RGA number must be placed on the packing slip for returned items.

All shipments to be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Returned items must be Un-damaged and packed in original shipping containers. Shipments will be inspected at Loadhook.com to confirm their good condition. Damaged product, or product showing signs of use or wear will be repaired, and costs for repair will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Credit for returned products will be issued after receipt of returned items at Loadhook.com facility, and inspection of item to confirm good condition.
